By commissioning me you are stating that you have read my ToS.
My TAT ranges from a week to a month (I will tell you if I need any more time than that)
I do not take refunds
I have the right to refuse the commission (even if your request fits to the "will draw" list)
I may charge you extra depending on the complexity of your request (only up to $10 though)
Please provide all the necessary reference materials, like a few images of requested character(s)

I charge another 60% of the whole price for every other character in one artwork. This price may vary depending on the complexity.
I usually don't send sketches unless the client asks me to. You can ask for WIPs anytime since I will always inform you when I start doing your commission.
